Nearly Half a Century
of Precision

  1. 1982

    A Real Estate Company Is Founded

    Khaled Assiri establishes the family’s real estate management company in Saudi Arabia, the foundation SKALE is built on.

  2. Late 1990s

    Expansion into Fit-Out & Manufacturing

    Builds a wood and metal factory, becoming one of the largest fit-out companies for royal and governmental projects.

  3. 2005

    Growth as a Major Contractor

    The company grows into a large-scale contractor, delivering hundreds of high-profile confidential projects across the Kingdom.

  4. 2005–2014

    Strategic Land Acquisitions

    The Assiri family assembles a land portfolio of four million square meters across Saudi Arabia.

  5. 2014

    Major Residential Acquisitions

    The Assiri family serves as lead investor in a SAR 3.5 billion transaction.

  6. 2021

    SKALE is Established

    SKALE Developments is founded by Salman Assiri.

  7. 2024

    Related Fund Management Invests in SKALE

    Related Fund Management becomes an investor, shareholder, and strategic partner in SKALE. Separately, RELATED SKALE is established as their joint venture for opportunities pursued together in Saudi Arabia.
