Salman Khaled Assiri
Salman Assiri spent more than fifteen years in the United States, studying and working across Boston, San Francisco, and New York.
He began his career at HOK, one of the world's largest architecture firms, contributing to the Illumina campus in Silicon Valley and the Public Safety Building in San Francisco. His design for the master plan of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture in Dhahran was selected by Saudi Aramco.
Almost a decade at Related Companies followed, with Salman working across development and investment inside one of the most prominent real estate developers in the United States.
Throughout his career, Salman has contributed to more than $7 billion in real estate and projects such as The Cortland in New York, The Laurel in West Palm Beach, and the global expansion of Equinox Hotels. He founded SKALE and returned to Riyadh, bringing that experience to the company's growing portfolio.

Chaouki El Rassi
Vice President | Development
Chaouki El Rassi leads development across SKALE's portfolio, directing planning, design coordination, construction, and delivery across SKALE's entire development pipeline. Before joining SKALE, he managed development for institutional owners including Brookfield Properties and Host Hotels & Resorts, contributing to projects such as Twitter's New York headquarters and Pendry Manhattan West.
His experience spans the United States and the Middle East, with work shaped by planning systems, construction markets, and regulatory environments. At SKALE, he connects those perspectives into one development process, aligning the project vision with constructibility, budget, and execution. Early in his career, Crain's New York Business named him to its "Twenty in Their 20s" list.

Tad Roemer
Vice President | Design
Tad Roemer leads design across SKALE's portfolio, carrying each project from early concept through construction. Before joining SKALE, he spent a decade at Robert A.M. Stern Architects, designing residential towers for Related Companies, including Superior Ink, The Harrison, The Brompton, Carnegie Park, and The Clarendon.
He later joined Related in New York, leading design and construction for One Hill South and 10K Hill South in Washington, D.C. His background bridges architectural practice and ownership-side development, combining design judgment with constructibility, budget, and delivery. Independent advisory work since 2021 extended that experience to private developers in West Palm Beach, Toronto, and Washington, D.C., before he joined SKALE. At SKALE, he protects design intent while keeping decisions grounded in construction realities.

Mahmoud Masadeh
Head of Construction
Mahmoud Masadeh leads construction across every active SKALE project, from preconstruction planning and procurement through site execution, handover, and closeout. Before joining SKALE, he worked at Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate in Riyadh, directing a team of more than 60 engineers and site supervisors while coordinating over 700 trade contractors.
Across his career, he has overseen more than 2 million square meters of construction valued above SAR 6 billion, with project sites carrying workforces of more than 5,000 at peak. His experience combines technical knowledge of construction methods with a deep understanding of Riyadh's contractor network, regulatory environment, and local delivery standards. His work also includes a contribution to the Guinness World Record for the world's largest continuous concrete pour.
